It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mitchel Bates of Bull and Bear Projects and my experience with Mitch in his design abilities, construction and customer service. From all accounts Mitchel’s work is of the highest standard. His dedication to his work and problem solving skills are impeccable.  Mitchel‘s designs, both structural and functionality are of optimal quality and visually stunning. Throughout our many engagements, Mitchel maintains in constant communication in the coordination process of the project.  He ensures the construction/installation of the plumbing and wet fire works runs smoothly and efficiently. This is evident in the ease of completion of our projects with him. With each of my many site visits with Mitch and his team, my observations have been that of their cleanliness, high safety regards and overall comradery between the subcontractors under Mitchel’s supervision. I have recently been involved with Mitch for a design and construct project. The project was for Symbio Laboratories located at Lane Cove, NSW. From the beginning of the project, Mitch was excellent with his communications with me and acting on any unresolved items as soon as possible. Mitch was supervising the construction, installation and commissioning of the electrical lighting, power, communications, security/access control and hazardous area works for flammable gases and dangerous goods stores. From a consultant’s view, he was very easy to work with and accommodated our requirements as necessary. He was also involved in overseeing the upgrade works for the high voltage substation and main switchboard upgrade for the facility. During the construction process, I attended numerous site inspections and meetings. On these visits, it was notable that the construction site was operated in a favourable manner for client, contractors and visitors in regards to safety and cleanliness. Mitch seemed to be a respected supervisor for the site in the opinion of the client and contractors with a harmonious and productive environment. The final quality of the install was to a high standard. I would not hesitate in recommending Mitch for any work he may be qualified and capable for.

Suncorp Bank, Investec Finance and our medical directors were all impressed with their level of business & project communication. I also personally overheard subcontractors discussing that they hoped to obtain further work from Mitch as his organisation & management was impeccable.
