Design & Fitout of Nail & Beauty Salon
Located in the newly constructed $500m Stockland Greenhills, East Maitland Shopping Centre, Bull & Bear Projects were appointed as Principal Contractor to construct the fit-out in conjunction the Base Build re-development of the centre, by Multiplex.
Working with the client and the centres design management team, Bull & Bear Projects assisted to re-design the interior keeping with the Centres vision. With the Centre’s grand opening just 14 days away, Bull & Bear Projects was engaged to re-design and complete the fit-out works ready for opening.
Successfully handing the Salon over in just 9 days, defect free.
