Design & Fitout of General Medical & Pathology Practice
The project involved the fit-out design and construction of a small, narrow commercial space on Military Road, Mosman. With site constraints due to the location and primarily residentially populated area, a high level of coordination was required to ensure materials deliveries and construction was carried out with minimal impact to surrounding residents.
The work included the full removal of the existing partially glazed façade and installation of a new frameless glass façade to increase exposure to the main road. The clients brief required detailed and thoughtful design, in order to adequately allow for 4 doctors, 1 pathology and 3 support staff. Careful planning of the narrow space allowed us to achieve the brief and maintain a sense of openness and space throughout.
