Design & Fitout of Cosmetic Laser Clinic
The project involved the fit-out design and construction of a small, narrow commercial space on Military Road, Mosman. With site constraints due to the location and primarily residentially populated area, a high level of coordination was required to ensure materials deliveries and construction was carried out with minimal impact to surrounding residents.
Designed and built to comply with skin penetration standards and laser operation requirements, the buildings existing electrical, mechanical & hydraulic services were upgraded to ensure compliance.
